If you’re craving barbecue and do not have any interest in using a grill, this Slow Cooker Asian BBQ Ribs recipe is just want you need this summer! I came across a wonderful ginger and garlic spice recently at my local supermarket and decided to pull the rest of my ingredients around the flavor profile. These sweet and tangy barbecued ribs are slow cooked in a gluten free soy sauce and covered in a delicious gluten free Asian barbecue sauce.

Slow Cooker Asian BBQ Ribs Recipe

What you’ll need:

Rib rack: 2, small

San-J Gluten Free Asian BBQ sauce: ½ cup

Gluten free soy sauce: ½ cup  

Simply Asia Sweet Ginger Garlic seasoning: ¼ cup

Sesame seeds

Lime zest

Directions:

Step 1: Coat ribs with sweet ginger garlic seasoning on both sides and place into your slow cooker.

Step 2: Then, pour in your gluten free soy sauce and cook for 2 hours on high setting.  

Step 3: Next, remove your ribs from the slow cooker and save the sauce to use later.

Step 4: Place your ribs on a baking sheet and cover with Asian barbecue sauce.

Step 5: Then, bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Step 6: Remove from the oven and garnish with sesame seeds and lime zest.

Step 7: Use the leftover soy sauce from the slow cooker as a dip.
