If you are like me and into looking  your best as often as possible, you need to focus on many different areas of your life at once. The truth is that you can’t think of your looks as not being important  from the rest of your life. Everything affects how you look, and the more masterfully you live your life, the better you will appear to yourself and to others. But that being said, there are a few ways in particular in which your lifestyle affects your looks, and if you want to look your best you should make sure that you are focusing on these especially. Let’s take a look at what they are, and how you can make sure that you pay close attention  in order for you to look your best.

Stress & Relaxation

One of the major things you really want to deal with as best as you can is stress. If you are frequently over-stressed, this leads to a change in your looks which is both almost imperceptible and yet profoundly visible. If you find you have a lot of stress in your life, the solution is simple and yet hard to execute: just do whatever you can to try and take time out for yourself. Being able to spend time in true relaxation is something that is important for many reasons, and in particular it will mean that your looks will improve major in no time at all. City Living

If you live in the city, then you might be surprised to hear that -that is actually likely to be affecting how you look. City life has been shown to be extremely damaging for the body, in particularly the skin, and you can usually tell the difference between someone who lives in the city compared to someone who lives in the country. If you are able to move out of the city, then that is definitely something to look into.- but it is not that simple for many people, and it’s likely you are stuck there for a while. If so, you can at least attempt to reduce the impact the city has on your looks by taking care of your body in general and limiting the results the city makes on you. Wear Sunscreen- Thank me later.

Exercise

We all have lazy periods, and when we do it affects the way we look alot! Of course, if you can find the chance to exercise then you absolutely should, as it will have a huge number of benefits for you – one of them being that your looks will improve almost immediately. Just a gentle jog once a day, or at least three times a week, will ensure that you can look your best, so it is definitely worth considering.
