How To ColorBlock during The Fall Season

I’m starting to realize that I’m a creature of habit. It’s so weird too because when you look back at your style you realize that certain things changed for sure -but things like color combos that you are use to putting together -doesn’t go away, certain pieces that you gravitate towards doesn’t go away either. Which is why if you invest in classic timeless pieces you can wear them forever. I’m a big believer in that. I will rewear a certain item a thousand times if it goes with my outfit. But anywayss lol… I love to color block, Red & Mustard is one of my faves for Fall. The trick to Color-blocking is taking colors that are opposites on the color wheel and pairing them together to make complementary color combinations. For example, Blue and Purple. Orange and blue, Blue and yellow, and this seasons “it” combo I’m noticing is Burgundy and Grey.

I love Mustard and Red in the Fall and of course I had to jazz it up with my leopard belt. Oh can I tell you how happy I am to see that Skinny jeans is back! It’s honestly one of my favorite styles… I mean honestly I never really stopped wearing it because if something looks good on you why should you stop wearing it? Oh; because it’s not currently trending…miss me with that one. However I’m still happy to see it trending for Fall, as it’s very flattering on a lot of women. Plus it looks so good styled in the Fall and Winter with my over the knee booties -ugh so good.

I absolutely adore this sweater it’s so cutesy lol. I just love the ruffles it gives off super girly feminine vibes and I love that. I’ve had this sweater from a boutique awhile back so it’s all sold out but I will link similar styles that would look just good with this look. Now the jeans ugh obsessed I swear I try not to gain too much weight because I want to always fit in them. They make me feel beautiful. It just snatches every thing right on up. I own about 5 pairs in different styles as I just love the way it fits.
