I think we are gonna call this the year of experimenting, because babeee I’ve been having fun lately trying different color combos, and I’m completely here for it. I originally planned on wearing this look with black boots…yeap how predictable lol, although it woulda still ATEEE hahha lets’s not get it twisted lol…. I’m cracking myself up here. But no seriously how much more “Umph” does this pop of color with the burgundy give this look? It’s a vibe and also perfect for this season.

As of late I’ve also been loving the preppy aesthetic and been incorporating it in my looks recently. This look is giving me the same preppy school girl vibe that I’m loving. I think the biggest tip in wearing the school girl look without appearing too young is to go with a longer length skirt. This immediately gives the outfit some class and makes it age appropriate.

One thing I love is practical fashion, I mean I love a bougie trendy outfit every now and then but let’s be real here where am I going? lol so good staples and basics will win every time. Having good basics will allow you to wear your clothes more than once okayyy. My closet is full with basics and it’s so fun to come up with different looks. This outfit is a great example of that, just by adding burgundy tights I took a simple outfit up a notch. And of course accessories will do it too. hehe.
