Dress Like Ciara How to Look like a celeb made easy

Okay so I saw this look on Ciara and thought I must try. I’ve never done socks and heels before and thought this seems easy enough. Of course I had to add my own twist by wearing a headwrap. All you need to do if it’s a tad colder where you are is add a coat.
